Keri has been fantastic with first class advice and support. Her classes have been really enjoyable and challenging as well as highly informative supported by her excellent instruction and very inclusive of different abilities and issues. I've joined her classes online through lock down and they have been great as something to look forward to and be involved in as a new mum, and the community feel of her groups have been really welcoming and supportive which has been even more important at this time. Thank you Keri and look forward to more classes and continuing to get back up to strength.
I am fitter than I have been in years and my confidence (and happiness!) has grown massively since doing Keri's classes. Her online offering through lockdown has been a saviour and has helped so many mums create an online support group. I can’t recommend Keri enough
The Pilates class was my favourite and I plan to come back each week. One thing I’ve taken away from this class is the importance of standing properly. Who knew you could feel so off-balance when doing something you’d thought you’d mastered decades ago?!
