Are you thinking of starting a family, maybe your family plans are not running as smoothly as you would like, or you just want to ensure you are in the best health for your pregnancy when it happens. Whatever your approach, and however far you are into your journey of increasing your numbers, we are here to help, advise and support with lots of knowledge and experience.

During your 60 minute appointment with Keri, we can check in to see if you are on the right track, find solutions to some stumbling blocks and create some actions to benefit those pregnancy plans. These sessions are tailored completely to you and your needs, we may discuss areas such as:

  • Nutrition and diet, including supplements
  • Exercise and lifestyle
  • Changing habits
  • Use of massage and reflexology
  • Sleep patterns
  • Stress and anxiety
  • Practical 'checklists' of things to try

We have worked with a wealth of families who need to 'be ready for IVF' or other assisted conception procedures, making lifestyle changes prior to intervention and working alongside them during treatment.  We fully understand the toll this can take on the mind and the body, and are here to help in anyway that suits you and your needs.

Following your initial appointment, clients often rebook a monthly session to check in and see how things are going and we can explore further lifestyle changes that can be made. Clients also often join our Pilates class on a Monday evening or book Personal Training depending upon your goals and timeframes.
