I am so excited to bring you 'First Steps' a 6 week course, delivering effective and safe information straight to you. You can access the content where ever is easiest for you, and watch and replay until you are ready to move onto the next stage. There is so much included in this course, which you can work through in your own time, over a 6 week period. The course has been specifically developed for your postnatal journey, and we recommend you follow the content week by week in order to build your strength and confidence gradually.
