I cannot stress enough how important goal setting is for staying driven on your journey.
When you have clear objectives locked in, you’re much more likely to stick with it.#

My advice is to get SUPER specific and measurable with your goals. Rather than something
vague like “get in shape”, go for “complete 30 minutes of HIIT 3x per week” or “run a 5K in
under 30 minutes by March”.

Tracking your progress gives you tangible proof that YES you are making strides! Celebrate
hitting milestones along the way. Giving yourself little pats on the back keeps you feeling
pumped to keep at it.

Find Your Fitness Crew
Another game changer? Build yourself a support network, aka your motivation squad!
Having people to turn to, especially on days when willpower runs low makes all the difference.

Grab an accountability buddy, join one of my classes to tap into that group energy, or
schedule sessions together with me as your personal cheerleader. We’ll make sure you
