We're guessing that you're here because you know how important movement and exercise is during pregnancy and are looking for safe, credible advice from the experts. Well, you've come to the right place! Fit & Healthy Mums strives to empower, educate, motivate and inspire women to keep active whilst pregnant and beyond into the postnatal period.

Yoga for Pregnancy is a brand new course delivered through bi-trimester sessions. Follow along from your 2nd trimester with our fantastic yoga teacher Melissa Wells, as she guides you through a number of sessions to help you build muscular strength and flexibility during your pregnancy. Melissa is a 300hr Level 4 qualified Yoga teacher with British Wheel of Yoga specialising in pregnancy and postnatal yoga  - and she just so happens to be pregnant, too!

What is Yoga for Pregnancy?

Yoga for Pregnancy is exactly that! Our course takes you through prenatal yoga flows that offer a supportive ways for you to connect with your body and baby by providing a safe, gentle and effective workout. During pregnancy, yoga helps build muscular strength and flexibility, develop balance and coordination, increase circulation and promote relaxation.

How does the Yoga for Pregnancy course work?

Simply sign up today and you can access all content for life! For each trimester, there are 2 yoga flows - including using a stability ball and other props. Each session is between 30 - 40 minutes long.

Who is Yoga for Pregnancy suitable for?

The class is suitable for any 'fitness' level from absolute beginner to a client who wishes to maintain fitness levels during pregnancy. You must have had your 12 week scan before you taking the classes, and you can use Yoga for Pregnancy classes right up until you have your baby, including over your due date.
