As a Women’s Health Personal Trainer, quite simply I specialise in all things female! I work with ladies that tend to be at a specific ‘life stage’. My experience and training goes far beyond a standard Personal Trainer, allowing me to specialise and work with women during pregnancy, early postnatal weeks and the months and years far beyond. As well as those women experiencing menopausal symptoms and in the peri menopause. My expertise lie in the niche areas of diastasis recti, pelvic weakness, spd/pgp, back pain and prolapse. There is never a one size fits all approach, I love the complexity of these female health issues and being able to help women have a far greater quality of life.
