Free Pre & Postnatal Workout Videos

If you've visited our Facebook or Instagram pages, you'll know we often post mini workouts, tips and tricks and 'mum hacks' - here you'll find a collection of our free online workouts. All the workouts featured on this page are suitable for both pre and postnatal women. If you have any questions on any of the workouts, just give us a shout on Facebook or Instagram and we'll be happy to help. Before you start, please make sure you feel well, have plenty of water and are signed off by your Midwife and/or GP to participate in exercise. Clear a space and remember to take things at a pace that is right for you.

We know there's a huge amount of conflicting information out there (or in some cases, none at all!) and so we've designed this course to deliver effective and safe information straight to you, in the comfort of your own home.
