Strength Class for Women

If you've ever felt 'gymtimidation' - the anxiety that a person feels either going to or working out in a gym - this is the class for you! Forget having to even step foot in a sweaty gym, and join our lovely group of ladies for a fabulous female only strength class. This class is suitable for those looking to add in some resistance training and weights to their workout routine - whether you are a complete novice or want some help with technique or to train in a group, you are more than welcome to join us!

A typical class will consist of a cardio warm up, bodyweight exercises, training with resistance bands and other weights including dumbbells, medicine balls, sand bags, battle ropes and kettlebells.
Prenatal and postnatal ladies are welcome to join, with lots of adaptions explained to ensure safe training.
