Strength Class for Women
If you've ever felt 'gymtimidation' - the anxiety that a person feels either going to or working out in a gym - this is the class for you! Forget having to even step foot in a sweaty gym, and join our lovely group of ladies for a fabulous female only strength class. This class is suitable for those looking to add in some resistance training and weights to their workout routine - whether you are a complete novice or want some help with technique or to train in a group, you are more than welcome to join us!
About the Class
- A 55 minute class, working all on elements of STRENGTH!
- From bodyweight exercises, resistance bands and dumbbells to medicine balls, kettlebells and lots more!
- Suitable for absolute beginners, those who are new to strength and resistance work and those who have tried it before!
- Prenatal and postnatal ladies are always welcome, and so are your little ones!
- Adaptions can be made to all exercises for those who need them eg diastasis recti, pelvic floor weakness or injury.
