A diastasis recti check on your abdominal muscles
Alignment and posture check
Functionality of movement, checking for any pain sites or discomfort
Chat through pelvic floor, any concerns and some key exercises
Back and hip pain check.

For all of my postnatal classes and Restoring Mum appointments I do an ‘ab check’ for diastasis recti and ensure that the girls are working at the correct level and progressing.
