Often ladies symptoms are a mix of the above and therefore the treatments and homework can work on multiple issues at the same time. This is not a one size fits all approach, it's your recovery and you can start whenever you are ready. Currently our oldest client is in her 60's and she wasn't aware that help was out there, 3 sessions later and 2 of her 3 pain sites have vanished and we are working on long term changes via a monthly appointment.
